mom, I made a lamp!....huh??

Today I was in the bathroom getting ready and Ezekiel came in and said "mommy, I made a lamp" Now Ezekiel likes to get into everything so I immediately thought he had gotten into my room and was playing with my lamp. They have already broke one lamp in our room so I was ready to see another broken lamp. So I went out of the bathroom and I saw this:

I just thought this was so cute and it really does look like a lamp. It's made out of random toys, the purple bottom is actually a lid to a play cooking pan and the yellow pole is from a little desk that he took apart. He is such a little smart cutey pie and I love him to death!

4 Years Already?

Today we have been married 4 years. It feels like it all went so fast but at the same time I feel like I have known Chris forever. I'm so happy to be married to a man that treats me and the kids so well. And I am so glad to find a guy that will actually be married to me this long...hehe I'm probably not so easy to live with ALL the time. lol Anyways here's a couple of pics from our wedding I always like to pull them out on our anniversary.

I am so happy that the four years have brought us our beautiful happy little family. I love my family so much!

Beach here we come!

6 more days until Chris and I are sitting on the beach in California! We are staying at a beach house my aunt owns in Corona Del mar, which is right next to Newport. My parents are going to watch the kids for Chris and I so we can get a little get away then they will bring the kids up after a couple of days to spend the rest of this week together. Our 4 yr anniversary is on the 25th so this will be our anniversary celebration. We are s excited, we miss the beach!  I can't wait to have to have the warm sun on me, the sand between my toes oh and Chris is going to make me try to surf so that should be interesting, but fun! 

I can't believe summer is creeping up on us!

I got a slip and slide for the kids to kick off the summer activities this year. They won't slide down it but they have fun with it. Here are a couple of pics we took today.

Wow it's been awhile since I have written a blog. So I finally got to go to the No Doubt concert! And let me tell you was it FUN! Well we got to the venue at about 6pm they let us in about 6:30 and we had standing room only tickets. So we got our place at about 6:45 about 15-20 ft away from the stage (I know awesome right!) They  had a band called The Sounds play first then Paramore played after. They were super good too not that I am a huge fan of theirs though. Then No Doubt came on and they were amazing. Best show ever! I've been dreaming about going to their concert since I was seriously 12. I have always always LOVED them and not just Gwen Stephani, all of them! So I jumped up and down to the music, had my hands in the air the whole time and sang my heart out. They played all of their hit songs! It was great although standing in the pit with no room for 5 1/2 hours was a little tiring and I was super sore the next it was definitely worth it! Enjoy the pics!

Did I tell you guys I'm going to a No Doubt concert this Monday? Oh ....and I am WAY excited.
