Well considering from ages of about 8-11 I was the biggest tomboy in the world (I'm talking only only wearing boy clothes, boys sneakers, backwards hat and never combed my hair) You would probably mostly catch me just playing outside with my brother. I remember when I got my first pair of super cool rollerblades for Christmas. My brother got some too and suddenly we turned into hard core roller hockey players (this was when the movie Mighty Ducks came out I believe.) Eventually we had all the kids in the neighorhood playing with us. Also (probably the most girliest thing I did) I would love to pretend I was a figure skater on my rollerblades and I would make up routines to Sheryl Crows "All I wanna do" Other things I loved to do include trying to build a play house out of old wood scraps, trying to dig holes as deep as we could in the desert fields next door, we would actually spend a week just digging, telling scary stories with a group friends, pretending we were on that nickelodeon show "are you afraid of the darl?", then we would play hide-and seek in the dark. Oh fun times..although these times were during my most awkward stages I would give anything to go back in time and spend a day in my care free roller blades!

BFF Weekend
My best friend, Lindy, just got back from her mission in New York a couple of weeks ago. While she was gone for the 18 months I got pregant and had Mia and our other best friend, Debbie, had TWINS! Debbie lives in California and Lindy came home to Utah. Lindy and I decided to have a Bff roadtrip to Cali to see Debbie and the twins and to spend hours upon hours in a car catching up on the last year and half of our lives apart. The trip was so fun and Debbies babies are adorable. I have missed my BFF's so much and it was fun to all hang out again. It is so cool because we have all been apart for years and we have never lost contact. Here are some pics from the BFF weekend!

If I could live anywhere, where would it be?
When Chris and I got married our plan was, he was going to finish school in Utah in construction management then we would move to Hawaii where he would start his career. Having kids changes everything especially when they are so expensive and Hawaii is so expensive. But still, I would love to live in Hawaii and if we had the means I would in a heart beat. It would be so fun to take the kids to the beach all of the time and to have 80 degree weather all year round and maybe I would actually get a tan for the first time in my life. Oh what I would give to be sitting on the sand watching the waves while the warm breeze blows through my hair. Instead I am forced to be staring out my bedroom window at what looks to be a blizzard.

Here starts A Question a Day!
I was going through some old boxes a couple of months ago and I found a little mason jar that my mom had decorated. In the jar there are tons of little strips of paper with questions on them that you are suppose to answer in your journal. My mom gave this to me along with a journal when I was about twelve and I have probably used it twice since then (sorry mom). So I decided that it would be fun to answer a question a day on here. At least I will try to answer a question a day, but don't be suprised if it becomes a question a week.
