Santa Monica Pier

We have been missing the beach lately, so while in California we decided to take the kids to look at the beach. The weather was like 60 degrees and beautiful. Ezekiel loved to just look at the water from the pier. Mia just enjoyed running free outside. Chris loved being there. He said he was just happy to sit there all day and do nothing else. (I guess that's what happens when you grow up on the beach Hawaii and move to UTAH!) We can't wait to make another trip this summer so we can actually play!

Californ-I-A

We had a blast on our trip to California! On the way there we stopped in vegas to spend a day with Uncle Ian (Chris' brother). We stayed at Circus Circus which was a blast. The kids (and unlce and Chris) had so much fun playing all the ames there. Unfortunately for some reason we didn't get any pictures of Unlce Ian with us at Circus Circus, sorry Ian :) We did however hit bad weather and traffic on the way to California which was a bummer!

We've been back from our trip to California for almost a week. Stay tuned for pictures!

It feels so weird to clock in again

Did I tell everyone I got a job? I sure did. I got a job at a supermarket that just opened in Provo called Buy Low Market. It's just part time job at night. I am a checker and I am loving it so far. It's kind of nice to get out of the house and talk to people. It's weird going back to work after a three year vacation. Although this is definately temporary until we get some medical bills paid off, it seem to be okay for now and the best option we have to get some money saved up to get into our own place sooner. It's only a couple nights a week and the good thing is, is that either Chris puts the kids to bed or his mom. So if you guys are ever in Provo stop on by...They just opend last week and they have really great prices on produce and meat. 

Other then that the kids are great..they are getting a little sick of the house since it's so cold out. We are all excited for it to be warm again. Chris is doing well too, he is in school and working like crazy..He also got a new calling as ward sports director which is right up his alley and he is really excited about it.

Also, in a week we'll be going to California for a visit. We haven't all been on a vacation together in a long time so I am really excited. Usually Chris is not able to go. We are going for a whole week , which should be very relaxing!
